Day Passes can be purchased directly at El Ganzo Front Desk and are subject to availability.
Can I make a reservation for a Day Pass?

Are minors allowed at El Ganzo de Playa?
Minors can enter El Ganzo de Playa as long as they are supervised by an adult.

Where can I make a reservation?
Room reservations can be made directly on our website https://www.elganzo.com, by calling us at (800) 835 4269 or with your travel agency. You can also contact the Front Desk at: [email protected]We kindly remind you that our Beach club does not accept reservations.
What are your cancellation policies?
The current health crisis has been challenging for most of us. That is why we have adjusted our policy that will allow you to cancel your stay up to 24 hours before the scheduled date^. However, should you cancel after this time, a penalty of two (2) nights will be charged at the cost that was paid at the time of making the reservation.

Are you Pet Friendly?
We are! We accept dogs and cats.Only one pet per room is accepted, with an additional cost of $100 USD + taxes (fee for cleaning and sterilizing after check-out). Any additional pet has to be authorized directly by our General Manager’s office. Please contact us at +52 (624) 104 9000 for more information.* Service and emotional support animals may be allowed free of charge under the conditions established above, as long as they meet the specific purposes of service or emotional support. The guest should be responsible for their care and management. Pets should always be on the leash in shared areas. The vaccination and health certificates must be presented, as well as the corresponding documents that corroborate service and emotional support.When making a reservation at Hotel El Ganzo, you will be given the option to bring your pet. The reservations department will provide you with the necessary information and will answer any questions you may have.
Can children stay at Hotel El Ganzo?
We are an adult-only hotel, so children cannot stay at Hotel El Ganzo.Children are more than welcome to visit El Ganzo de Playa.
ARTISTIC RESIDENCIES
How do artistic residencies work? Who should I contact?
The Ganzo Hotel offers artistic residencies for either visual artists or musicians. The residence includes accommodation for the artist and 1 companion for one week in which an intervention or the recording of original material will be scheduled in our music studio.If you are a visual artist and would be interested in exploring a residency with us, we ask you to contact Daniela GarcĂa, our Art Curator, directly at: [email protected] to request more information and to send your portfolio or creative materials.If you are a musician and are interested in exploring a musical artistic residency, you can contact Paco Rosas, our Music Director, at [email protected]. Please make sure to send work examples.
* Only one artist residency from each group per month is available, so the selection process is very competitive.

Of course! We have different venues within the property. You can get married on the beach, inside the hotel with a beautiful view of the San José marina or in the desert gardens of Wirikuta. We have different settings that can adapt to your dream wedding.
